Refund Policy

We want you to love your TEOCHI products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return: • Items must be unused and in original packaging • Return shipping is paid by the customer

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned items.
